1. In-Store Pickup
The "In-Store Pickup" service is available for our stores in Hong Kong.
2. Delivery in Hong Kong
Delivery within Hong Kong is free of charge. Once your ordered product is ready, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time on the same day. Additionally, when the product is delivered, you will need to sign and present a valid identity document for verification. If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact the courier with the phone number provided to arrange for another delivery date.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays)
In the event of inclement weather that prevents delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for another delivery time.
For outlying islands and remote areas, additional delivery time may be required. Please contact us for more information.
We will ship the product within 2 business days after receiving your order (an additional working day is required for orders with engraving). Before the product is shipped, you will receive our "Shipping Notification" email, which includes a tracking number. You can use the courier's tracking system at any time to check the delivery status.
Please note that products shipped to other regions may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees in the destination country/region.
Due to design features of the product or international trade agreements, some product categories may be subject to shipping restrictions. When you add a product with shipping restrictions to your shopping cart, the cart will provide a corresponding prompt.
Please note that products shipped to other regions may not meet the country's standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. Before placing an order, please ensure that the product is legally allowed to be imported into the destination country/region. We apologize that we are not responsible for the above.
